01Can I download Wednesday now?+
No. iOS and Android builds are limited to private beta. The store blocks are status labels, not download links.
02What works in the public beta today?+
Adult accounts, age verification, cloud text chat, English and Japanese replies, private companions, and account-scoped history.
03What is the personal database?+
It is an account-scoped context layer for conversations, memories, people, work, and diary records. Conversation history is live; structured controls, export, and deletion are in staged rollout.
04Can Wednesday actually take actions?+
In enterprise pilots, yes—through tenant-approved tools with fixed permissions and confirmation for sensitive actions. The public consumer beta has no company-system access.
05Do we have to replace our existing systems?+
No. Wednesday connects to approved capabilities through MCP or service APIs while your existing software remains the system of record.
06Can Wednesday run in our own environment?+
Private-cloud and on-premises deployment can be scoped for an enterprise pilot. It is not currently a self-serve product.
07Is Wednesday a therapist or emergency service?+
No. Wednesday is AI software, not a person or licensed professional. Do not use it for emergencies or high-stakes decisions.
