For sign-in, password-reset, data-export, privacy, or account-deletion help, contact us from your account email so we can verify the request. Never send your password, one-time code, API key, payment details, or full health records.
Report a safety or security issue
Describe what happened and attach only the minimum screenshot or diagnostic detail needed to investigate. If the report involves an immediate threat or emergency, contact local emergency services instead of relying on Wedelia.
Wedelia is for adults aged 18 or older. Support is handled by the product team.
